Our Certified Community Specialist have many years of experience in handling the day to day operations of Homeowner Associations. NPMG Certified Assistants & Community Specialist are educated to understand various sets of CC&R’s, and local, state, & federal community laws. Each Certified Community Specialist is trained to work with different personalities of Board Members and Homeowners, this helps maintain good relationships with owners and vendors.

• Provide Board-of-Directors with reports on all work orders, violations, complaints, phone calls and other correspondences

• Perform community inspections to help ensure the compliance of Governing Documents

• Oversee vendors on maintenance activity to ensure proper care of community maintenance responsibilities

• Work with community vendors to create scope of work for accurate bidding of community projects

• Work with community vendors to submit proposals, review, and provide input to Board-of-Directors in the selection of contractors

• Obtain certificates of insurance including worker’s compensation and general liability insurance from each vendor

• Assist with procurement of insurance coverage, as well as the processing of insurance claims.

• Assist with coordinating community membership meetings, executive meetings, committee meetings and any special meetings as necessary

• Provide 24 hour/7 Days a week Emergency Hotline where you can reach a live Certified Community Specialist to help with emergency needs
