Homeowner Association Management
Our Certified Community Specialist have many years of experience in handling the day to day operations of Homeowner Associations. NPMG Certified Assistants & Community Specialist are educated to understand various sets of CC&R’s, and local, state, & federal community laws. Each Certified Community Specialist is trained to work with different personalities of Board Members and Homeowners, this helps maintain good relationships with owners and vendors.

Provide Board-of-Directors with reports on all work orders, violations, complaints, phone calls and other correspondences

Perform community inspections to help ensure the compliance of Governing Documents

Oversee vendors on maintenance activity to ensure proper care of community maintenance responsibilities

Work with community vendors to create scope of work for accurate bidding of community projects

Work with community vendors to submit proposals, review, and provide input to Board-of-Directors in the selection of contractors

Obtain certificates of insurance including worker’s compensation and general liability insurance from each vendor

Assist with procurement of insurance coverage, as well as the processing of insurance claims.

Assist with coordinating community membership meetings, executive meetings, committee meetings and any special meetings as necessary

Provide 24 hour/7 Days a week Emergency Hotline where you can reach a live Certified Community Specialist to help with emergency needs
