Services

  • Provide Client with reports on all work orders, violations, complaints, phone calls and other correspondences
  • Perform community inspections to help ensure the compliance of Governing Documents
  • Oversee vendors on maintenance activity to ensure proper care of community maintenance responsibilities
  • Work with community vendors to create scope of work for accurate bidding of community projects
  • Work with community vendors to submit proposals for Client review and provide input to Client in the selection of contractors
  • Obtain certificates of insurance including workers compensation and general liability insurance from each vendor
  • Assist the Client in procurement of insurance coverage, as well as the processing of insurance claims.
  • Assist the Client in coordinating community membership meetings, executive meetings, committee meetings and any special meetings as necessary
  • Provide 24 hour/7 Days a week Emergency Hotline where our clients can reach a live certified manager to help with their emergency need
