• Return all phone calls on a timely manner and find a resolution for any issues presented to us
  • Investigate complaints regarding rule violations, actively track the issue and report all violations to Client for appropriate follow up
  • Process work orders received and track progress of work with vendors
  • Maintain a list of the best vendors to help perform necessary maintenance needs within the community
  • Maintain accurate reporting on correspondences for Client review
  • Prepare electronic Board packets for Client
  • Assist client in the preparation of their community newsletter and other notices
